Hey, I’m Sammi — and Yes, I’ve Got Your Back (Literally and Strategically)

At Sammi Balls Wellness Marketing, I mix bold strategy, creative content, soulful storytelling and a whole lot of real talk to help wellness businesses grow online with confidence and clarity.

Before I was designing brands and building scroll-stopping social media, I spent 15 years in the treatment room doing massage therapy, physical therapy, and aesthetics. I loved teaching clients how to remember their stretches, skincare routines, and little habits that made them feel better in their bodies. I always said: if your massage therapist doesn’t have your back, who will?

Fast forward to now, I’ve traded my spa table for a marketing desk, but my mission’s still the same:
Help people feel seen, supported, and successful.

Today, I work with massage therapists, spa owners, estheticians, personal trainers, chiropractors, and holistic healers to create content and strategy that actually works and feels like them. From branding and social media strategy to wellness photography, custom graphics, email marketing, and one-on-one coaching. I help you show up online like a pro (without burning out or sounding salesy).

Whether you're starting fresh or craving a rebrand, I bring the visuals, the voice, and the vibe.

And yes, I track the numbers too because pretty posts mean nothing if they don’t perform.
